Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide the best service to our users. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our service, we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments, refunds will be made to the same account.

Refund Processing Time
  • Failed Transactions: Refunds are processed automatically within 5-7 working days
  • Service Disputes: Refunds are processed within 10-15 working days after verification
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 working days may be required for bank processing
  • Wallet Refunds: Processed within 24-48 hours
Refund Eligibility Criteria
  • Transaction failed due to technical issues from our end
  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Duplicate debit of funds
  • Unauthorized transactions (after proper verification)
Non-Refundable Cases
  • Successful transactions with proper service delivery
  • Incorrect details provided by the user
  • Service charges for successful transactions
  • Transactions failed due to user's network issues
Refund Process

  3. Upon approval, refund will be initiated
